Do you combine orders?
Thank you so much for being a returning customer! Combining orders is a great way to save on shipping costs but it's also a relatively tedious process, so please understand that it may delay shipping and processing time for your orders. If you would still like to combine your orders, send a order combination request email and include the order numbers for any orders you would like to combine. Please note that all orders must be made by the same account and shipped to the same address. Orders that have already received shipping/tracking information cannot be combined.
Can I cancel my order?
If you wish to cancel your order, you have 24 hours from when your order is placed to reach out for a full refund. After the initial 24 hours, there will be a $5 fee. Orders that have already received shipping/tracking information cannot be cancelled.
Do you accept returns?
Returns are accepted within 30 days of order placement. Returned items must be in original condition, with tags, and in original packaging. No returns on final sale, "as is" items, or gift cards. For more information, please read our return & refund policy.
My package was returned and undelivered. What now?
If your tracking indicates that your order has been returned to sender, send an email with your order number and a screenshot of your tracking, and we will check our mailbox to see if it has arrived. If the address needs to be updated (i.e, adding a missing apartment number), your order can be resent after additional shipping costs have been paid.
I see my shipping label was created but there hasn’t been any movement.
Packages are almost always shipped on the same day the label is created, unless 1) your label was created after 4pm EST and/or 2) your label was created on the weekend, which in both latter cases, those packages are dropped off on the next business day and scanned in by a USPS worker. However, even when packages scanned in, sometimes the tracking information does not always update in the system and can sometimes skip updating until it arrives for scanning at the next USPS location. Please allow 24-48 hours for your tracking to update, though it may take longer than that. Thank you for your patience!
What’s the status of my order?
Please note the current processing times, located at the top of the website. If it is past the processing time for your order and you have not received an email with tracking information, please check your spam/junk folder. If you still cannot locate a tracking number for your order, use the contact button to reach out. Please include your order number and I will gladly provide you that information.
If your tracking says your package is in transit, please contact USPS with your tracking number and they can inform better on the status or location. If your tracking says your package was delivered but it did not show up, you can take the following steps:
1. Check your shipping address to make sure the address is your correct and current address.
2. Check with your neighbors to make sure it wasn’t delivered to the wrong home, unit or that it wasn’t delivered in an obscure part of your home, i.e the porch.
3. Contact USPS with your tracking number and they can perform a dropped off GPS trace (make sure to ask them for this). They can see a GPS track of where and when the package was delivered. They can be reached at 1-877-275-8777 or use the missing mail form: click here.
